Material
For a smooth, elegant fall : prefer a beautiful 100% wool fabric whose yarn titration will be fine, with a twist sufficient to guarantee a good hold over time. We will offer you materials adapted to your needs. Indeed, a business suit for someone who travels will require a suitable material. A specific fabric look will then be proposed.
There are different construction modes for a jacket :
– The thermofused assembly,
– The traditional assembly,
– The semi traditional assembly.

The thermofused assembly
It is now the most used and most affordable, while offering a high-end finish level.
A thermal adhesive is glued at high temperature on the whole front to give it a good hold as well as on all parts of the jacket to be reinforced including the lapel.
A flying canvas called a breastplate is then added to the chest. It is this canvas that will allow your jacket to have a beautiful fall at the level of the shoulders and that will allow it to age well in time.
The semi traditional assembly
The upper part of the jacket, whose lapel, is no longer thermofused but made with a canvas
ruffle, sewn on the lapel and the top of the front. This will bring a lot of flexibility especially with fabrics like silk.
This much more restrictive work than “sticking” explains the more expensive cost of this method. This assembly is used for connoisseurs and lovers of very beautiful materials.
The traditional assembly
The whole of the front is no longer thermofused but reinforced entirely with a horse-hair canvas. This natural canvas, has an excellent resilience, which will bring to your jacket an exceptional hold and an impeccable product aging. The jacket will more easily fit the curves of your body.
Reserved for connoisseurs and lovers of beautiful materials ! This is the most expensive method but it guarantees exceptional comfort.
